Training and Diagnostics
Throughout many years of research in collaboration with the university of Wuerzburg the WIVW has developed a concept for training drivers of police cars and emergency vehicles. The training concept uses numerous media to present the learning matter and integrates driving simulation into the learning process. It has the following characteristics:
- Integrative approach: driving is seen in the context of all tasks that can occur during emergency situations (e.g. radio communication, team work).
- Practice-oriented: the learning contents are developed in collaboration with experts and are adapted to each field of application.
- Scientifically validated: the elements of the training and the methods used are scientifically verified.
- Continuous development: the training concept allows flexible adaptation to new requirements.
- Quality assurance: acceptance and efficiency of the training system are permanently reviewed and optimized.
Scope of services:
- Development of a concept for education and training in close collaboration with the customer. Existing training components can be integrated, new components are created.
- Design of an education program that includes technical and organizational possibilities of the customer.
- Implementation of the training in hard- and software, including the schooling of the instructors.
- Assurance of quality by continuously evaluating and updating the components of the training.
- Reduction of actual costs by integrating single projects into a collective of users. The users have access to a common platform to share experiences and new learning material.
- All-in-one solution: the WIVW develops and supervises the complete training system.
